USWE call this a day pack, and USWE are right, this is hydration pack that doubles as a great day bag if you’re carrying loads of gear along with your hydration.
For our Portuguese riding this has become our go to camera bag for days out riding and filming. It easily carries a digital camera along with accessories, plus a tool roll, packable rain jacket and food along with a 2.5l hydration bladder. Having the two sections for storage helps maintain some order among your kit too. It’ll even fit a 13” laptop if you need. The ‘no dancing monkey’ x harness is the best in the business and for the price of the bag offers great value for money against its competitors.
Our tip: buy the bag and the bladder separately. We selected the ‘Shape Shift’ bladder that has a spined centrepiece and a quick connect valve. This keeps the bladder low profile (no bulging at the bottom) and stops the slosh of water side to side and while dirt biking with a bigger pack like the Lizard it makes a big difference.
